MARTIAN
Athleisure Wear
An athleisure design capsule based on the theme MARTIAN, for the brand, “Charli Cohen”. The project was aimed at developing a range plan which is achieved through a detailed design process. Martian was completed in May 2019, and is a Women’s-wear design collection focused on the trend forecasts for Spring Summer ‘20/21.
The space age is upon us. With the increasing threats of the Earth being inhabitable, advancements are being made so as to find a new terrain for humans to thrive on. A new home. Within a few years, humans will inhabit the planet Mars. Inspired from this, the collection features shades of Mars, silhouettes that are bio-based, anti-pollution, minimalistic and utilitarian. The fabrics are shear so as to incorporate lightness and functionality. Knits with body mapping, allowing complete flexibility, breathability and muscle support will serve the client with an amalgamation of Hi-Fashion, on the go.
